At Kidz Castle Daycare, our Mini Cooks in Action program introduces children to healthy eating through fun, hands-on cooking experiences. By preparing simple recipes and exploring a variety of nutritious foods, children develop practical life skills while gaining an appreciation for balanced nutrition.
Whether they're mixing ingredients, measuring, assembling healthy snacks, or learning about different food groups, each activity encourages independence, teamwork, and confidence in the kitchen.
